Who is behind Event Flowers?

My name is Selena Golding and I began Event Flowers back in 2012.

I create in a home-based studio in beautiful Watermans Bay, Perth, W.A

Mostly I work alone but I have a reliable team of part-time stylists and florists that I do call on for the busier times.

The majority of our jobs come from word of mouth so it is very important to me that every design is finished to a high standard.

Flowers are my passion

Art used to be my main interest, but I was always drawn back to flowers. I have worked as a respected Floral Designer for over 15 years now.

All my clients benefit from the inspiration and creativity that comes from my artistic background and fascination for natures colours and textures.

I specialise in weddings & functions

I have worked in all aspects of the floral industry, but I decided my own business would focus solely on weddings, functions & large-scale designs. I enjoy being able to give each event my fullest attention and love to get involved in the styling of the venue as well as the floral aspect.

I listen to you

Sometimes my clients want me to involve them every step of the way, and others prefer to tell me what they want then leave me to it.

I make a point of listening carefully and ensuring I understand exactly what your personal taste and preferences are, and how you would like to work with me. I will only take on a limited amount of weddings each season so that I can do them to perfection!

I will always make suggestions to suit your budget and do my best to design within it.
